Who We Are
Our parent company, AB&Company Co., Ltd, is publically listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan. More than 3,200 professional hairstylists work in our salons nationwide. You may wonder why we are capable of recruiting so many hairstylsits.
The reason is, because we believe in the philosophy of "Stylist First". In order to bring smiles to our valued clients through various hair services, it is essential that our hairstylists are happy and fulfilled in the first place.
Being a hairstylist should be an awesome job for life. However, it is sometimes not easy to stay with the job because of the pay standard or lack of reasonable benefit package. We envision to change the industry's standard as we grow.

You do not need to have your own clientele to start with.
We have been serving clients in Manoa since 2014 and we have earned trusts from many clients. That is how we constantly have a full-book schedule for over a month ahead. Majority of our clients are Hawaii local with various hair types.
You will have clients from day one and we expect you to make sure that those clients will be coming back for your service again.

You can start making your commission right away.
We pay our haristylsits based on sales commission. Because you will have your clients as soon as you join us, you will start making your commission right away.
The salon also does various marketing for you to get more clients as deemed necessary.

We offer a pretty good health insurance for you & your family.
We offer our full-time hairstylists a health insurnace and the cost is covered by the company. It is a pretty good one which comes with dental, optical and drug coverage on top of a standard healthcare coverage.
If you have a family, we also cover for your family members as well.
